White Whisper Bloom

You need to be at least Level 64 to receive this quest.
You need to be at least Level 58 to turn-in this quest.

Summary

Pick a bouquet of  White Whisper Blooms and toss them into the clean waters of the Dorris River.

Goals: Throw the  flowers into the river

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...

Apparently, you CAN pick more than one  White Whisper Bloom but you only need ONE (Yes, the ToDo list says you need 10 but you might notice gathering more does NOT update this counter!). There is one and only one spot you can toss the flowers from: by the Merchant's Camp, from the bank of the river at ( 38.5, 70.4 ). Remember, Candona is no longer a refugee! He is inside the Kingdom of Kalon in a city defense building, at ( 69.5, 68.6 ), not far from the cave where Futen Whitehorn was imprisoned.
