Card - White Mane Giant Wolf, that can be earned by killing it and looting the corpse. You can right-click the card to copy it into your Monster Compendium. Do the same to remove the card from your Monster Compendium.
Keeping this card in your Monster Compendium will grant a stat boost of +3 Dexterity so long as this card remains in your book.
To get 
Giant Wolf Excrement for Giant Wolf Poop, you must fight a White Mane Giant Wolf, then feed it a 
Prepared Bait (short range), then wait for the Gant Wolf to run off so you can pick up the Giant Wolf Excrement it leaves behind.
