Notes

Spoiler Alert!
We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...

As soon as you speak to Polython he becomes enraged, like out of his mind, and attacks you. On the bright side, you do not have to fight the King to the death, you just need to survive his assault for a short time. Ayesha will appear and cool his anger, allowing the fight to end without death. This is not to say that you can solo this. You can't. At the very least, Polython does a minimum of slightly more than 3,000 damage in a single hit. I did not live long enough to find out if he can do more than that.
