(Wild Fury)
Warrior / Warden gains a host of abilities that lets it perform very well not just in group PvE, but also in PvP. Preferring to use large two-handed axes or swords to make the most of their learned skill Mental Beastiary, this combination emphasizes heavy critical damage and actively chasing down enemies who try to run away. The only possible argument against this combo is that it has no ranged attacks, but it nonetheless makes the most of its melee attacks.
Main Ways of Build[ | ]
Strength takes priority for this combo when it comes to statting, since Strength will enable it to deal as much damage as possible with its physical attacks. Dexterity is important, too, for physical accuracy, and Stamina is always a good option for taking any unexpected damage from a boss.
From the start it becomes apparent how much this build enjoys engaging enemies. Savage Strike makes the most of Surprise Attack, closing the gap quickly. Awakening of the Wild helps remove Root and Stun effects, which makes this combo immune to kiting for a short while, and Barbaric Execution turns the staple skill of this build, Savage Whirlwind, into an effect with a Stun effect. This brutal start and high critical damage terrorizes other players, especially ones that like to have distance.
Savage Whirlwind is important not just for its damage, but also for boosting allies' damage. When fighting multiple opponents, Air Tremor is a solid option, especially since it reduces enemy damage caused, which is very effective for handling a mob. Slash and Probing Attack are still important skills to train; not only do they lower aggro while under the effect of Battle Creed, Probing Attack allows the use of Attack Weakener, which makes the tank's life so much easier.
