The level 100 Rare item sets contained in this composite set are not named in the database (the name is blank). The parts of each set are dropped by bosses in Tomb of Souls or sold by Black Codex merchants in Sharptooth Settlement. Transformed Recipes from 610711, 610712, and 610713 (Plate, Chain, & Leather) are sold by Lulu Sigulant [Black Codex] Transformed Recipes from 610714 and 610715 (Int Cloth & Wis Cloth) are sold by Gracie Danchus [Black Codex] Note that the Transformed Weapons are slightly less powerful than the dropped weapons of similar name. For instance,  Wand of the Vortese Nex (dropped by Phantom Anubis) has slightly better Stats on it than the crafted  Transformed Wand of the Vortese Nex.
