As a consequence, we have made up the Sub-Set names based on the item names. Collective Item Set is Tomb of Souls Set: Poison Tentacle Set - 610711 - Plate Shattertooth's Set - 610712 - Chain Scarab Set - 610713 - Leather Soul Corruptor Set - 610714 - Int Cloth Death in the Tomb Set - 610715 - Wis Cloth "Transformed" recipes are dropped by Mysterious Bags in Vortis, and are sold by Gracie Danchus [Black Codex] and Lulu Sigulant [Black Codex] at Sharptooth Settlement. Remaining pieces are dropped by Bosses in Tomb of Souls (Normal). Some non-Transformed dropped items have a matching, usually-weaker, crafted "Transformed" recipe version. Some are stronger, most are weaker, rarely they are identical. An example is  Wand of the Vortese Nex (+100 more Magical Accuracy, dropped by Phantom Anubis), with a weaker crafted version called  Transformed Wand of the Vortese Nex.
