Use Mountain Demon Grass, 
Beetroot, and 
Moxa to get 
Milk ×5 from Milk Cow in Engwor and deliver it to Saska the Gloomy.
Of course, Moxa is best. It has the highest chance of success. Moxa can be found in Aslan Valley, Dragonfang Ridge, and Coast of Opportunity.
