Details
Please allow me to introduce myself to Ailic's Pirates again. I'm the something like the administrator of the Port of Muckstorm, Scriptmaster Jann. It's my job to maintain peace and order here. Additionally, I serve as witness to all important decisions.
I, Scriptmaster Jann, represent the Shotak Pirates in the matter of granting the Nanti Village to Ailic's Pirates. In return, Ailic's Pirates agree to an alliance with the Shotak Pirates. Both parties are responsible for peace and order on the island.
If Ailic's Pirates agree, then the following seals must be obtained: the Fire Seal of the "Witch Woman" Bonn, the Ice Seal from Kooma "Quickfinger" and the Earth Seal from Five Finger Duke. Additionally, Ailic's Pirates must produce an equally significant artifact. Only when I in my function as Scriptmaster give my consent does the treaty come into force.
