| You have to find some information first, before you talk to Freud Splinter just outside the Dungeon of Dalanis. Take the portal (Jake Wallanda [Ailic's Community], unlocked when you accept Disappearing soldiers from Simon Dibark) from the entrance of Dalanis Sewers to Dungeon of Dalanis gate, then go back towards the mobs. As soon as you touch the bridge the quest completes. Go back and talk to Freud Splinter. |
