Summary
Go to Heffner Camp and receive a 
Grey Shell from Yawen Hueh. Then come back and present the shell to Kuti Zetez.

Ok. First register your recall point with the individual beside me, Ailic's Aide. Then ask him to transport you back to Heffner Camp. If you don't want to bother Ailic's Aide, you can also slowly walk back there. I promised Yawen Hueh to paint a Grey Shell for him, find and ask him to give you a shell, then transport back here.
