Water Element Totem

You need to be at least Level 53 to receive this quest.
You need to be at least Level 47 to turn-in this quest.

Stick the Little Totem Pole into the mound assembled by Shaman Tibabus, which is located on the hillside that lies long the same axis as the Great Barrier and the Lake Master totem (Water Element Totem).

Note: 36.6, 34.2 is the location of the Pile of Dirt Set Up by Tibabus.
