Stable Masters are positioned throughout the land to provide travelers with fresh mounts (for a small fee). Every Stable Master will not offer every horse in this table.
A note about Stable Masters: All Stable Master's rent 2 of 4 available horses. There is no difference between the 4 horses except appearance. All horses are available for 15 minutes or 2 hours. They do not actually use the Shop interface, the rental is scripted.

Once you hit Level 10 in your Primary Class and receive the quest from George to meet your class instructor ([12] Check in with the Adventurers' Guild), Tex can provide you with a free White Horse (15 m) for a quick ride to Varanas. However, unlike regular rented 15-minute horses, this Mount will vanish completely if dismissed or ridden into deep water; you will be unable to summon it again should you dismount (or crash).
Be sure to talk to Snoop the Stubborn when you reach Varanas to open the portal there, and remember to register your Recall Point!
