This mob is a member of the group collectively known as Tempest Height Barbarians.
A Word About Common Drops: Every mob in the game has a chance to drop Sigils, Health Potions, Mana Potions, Ammunition, Runes and Festival Items, as well as a few rarer items such as

Keeping this card in your Monster Compendium will grant a stat boost of +3 Intelligence so long as this card remains in your book.
