Before my good friend, Rikon, died, he grasped this Tarnished Silver Necklace (item) in his hand, so it wasn't stolen by those thieves. I think this must be very important to him, so maybe you can ask first lieutenant Ubame. He knows all of the soldiers' backgrounds, and maybe he can do something. Thank you, adventurer.
