This monster has a Monster Compendium card, 
Card - Spider Priestess Mandara, that can be earned by killing it and looting the corpse. You can right-click the card to copy it into your Monster Compendium. Do the same to remove the card from your Monster Compendium.
Keeping this card in your Monster Compendium will grant a stat boost of +3 Wisdom so long as this card remains in your book.
When this mob dies she respawns 8 hours after her death as:
- 55% Resentful Mandara
- 45% Spider Priestess Mandara
