As with all Cooking Recipes, the Crafting Cost represents the cost of the food items (fish, meat, fruit, etc) plus any cost to use the Crafting Station (as displayed on the Crafting UI).

Very few Crafted items have no upgrade path, but this appears to be one of them.

The chests this recipe was looted from no longer exist in game. Those that already have the recipe can still use it, and there may be some stashed in players boxes which can still be sold or gifted, but new recipe scrolls are not available.

For a brief time  Recipe: Serenstum was a prize on the Wheel of Fortune, but there was an issue with it and it was quickly removed.

In 2017 I received  Serenstum ×30 as a gift during the Snowflake Festival.

During Halloween 2022 it has been reported that  Recipe - Serenstum is dropping in the Haunted House.

In 2023, with the launch of Reflection of the Necropolis, the Treasure Chest (RotN) now drops the long-lost  Recipe - Serenstum,  Recipe - Laor Forest Tart, and  Recipe - Hero Potion.
