None of the Scout Elite Skill sets have a particularly dominating theme, though most of them feature new arrow attacks performing a wide variety of functions.

Classicon ranger druid Scout / Druid -- Ranger[ | ]

This mix uniquely leads to group health and mana regeneration and cleansing; rather than focus on primarily healing or dealing damage, the Scout/Druid focuses on keeping allies in their prime -- from a distance. Curse Breaker, Archer Blessing, the ever-wanted Unbinding Magic, and the Druid's Antidote skills keep your group members healthy and moving. Snake Poison Arrow will either keep your enemy damaged, or stun them and give you time to make distance. Devour Blood makes your Vampire Arrows now help your allies on top of yourself by providing mana regeneration. Focus works in sync with the Druid's Knowledge of Nature, making Wisdom an important stat. Ancestor's Blessing provides damage reduction and, when in a group, necessary aggro-reduction.

The Scout / Knight combination has a broad variety of effects, giving them a damaging Root (Repelling Arrow), a ranged heal (Healing Shot), a slight buff to Enhanced Armor (Enhanced Armor Perfection), a skill converting mana into focus on demand (Mana Conversion), and a buff to Healing Shot, causing it to recover mana in addition to health (Mana Recovery).

(This effect can only be triggered once in a 20-second period.)
Skill ran kni60 Blessed Quiver 60 Reduces your Healing Shot cooldown time by 4 seconds. Also increases your Healing Shot critical hit rate. When your Healing Shot is a critical attack, it will definitely trigger a Mana Recovery.
Skill ran kni70 Transformation Torrent 70 When you use Mana Conversion, it affects all party members in a range of 90 by recovering Energy, Rage, and Focus.

Classicon ranger mage Scout / Mage -- Arcane Archer[ | ]

The Scout / Mage combination teaches a defensive dispel (Purifying Arrow), a buff to Fire damage (Blazing Arrow), a ranged area of effect spell (Ignite), a tool to escape combat (Gone with the Wind), and a damage over time effect that also reduces healing done to the target (Cursed Arrow).

Scout / Priests get a ranged defensive dispel (Purifying Shot), a absorbs % of all damage (Mana Arrows), a slight buff to Snipe (Sniper), a powerful group cooldown increasing attack and casting speed (Spiritual Leader), and a buff to Vampire Arrow causing it to heal the Scout (Vampiric Transformation).

Skill ran new35-4 Vampiric Transformation 35 Transforms the blood drawn by your Vampire Arrows into heals for your own group members.

If Vampire Arrows hits, the Scout and party members within 100 range of the Scout gain Vampiric Transformation for 10 seconds. Every 2 seconds, this buff restores 4.0 HP, plus 0.92 HP per level of Vampire Arrows, subject to the Scout's healing ability and crits, and a flat 3.0% of each person's maximum HP.

Skill ran new40-4 Target Neck 40 Extends the range of your Neck Strike, but requires long range weapons.

Neck Strike's range increases from 50 to 150, but a ranged weapon must be equipped to use it.

Skill ran new45-4 Drums of War 45 Each time you hit your target with a Shot, it instantly increases the Critical Physical Hit Rate and Critical Magical Hit Rate of party members near you. Effective for 8 seconds.

Skill ran new50-9 Aggro Lead 50 35 focus Instant 60 seconds 200 Using Shot while Aggro Lead is in effect triggers Secret Hatred, which lasts for 10.0 seconds. While Secret Hatred is in effect, you can transfer your aggro to a party member through the power of the wind.

Aggro Lead is in effect for 20 seconds, during this time Physical Damage and Magical Damage suffered by this party member are decreased by 2.0%. (Cannot be cast on yourself.)

(In order to transfer aggro to a party member your target needs to be within a range of 500.)

The Scout / Rogue combo features a medium-cooldown skill that does damage and buffs crit rate (Weak Spot), a pacifying skill (Blinding Powder), a buff to Lasso (Lasso Master), a powerful defense reducing cooldown (Sapping Arrows), and a powerful ranged attack that also reduces the target's maximum HP (Poisonous Bite).

Classicon ranger warden Scout / Warden -- Woodlander[ | ]

The synergy provided from the Scout/Warden mix is almost ridiculous. Thorn Arrow leads to your Briar Shield not only acting as a melee defense, but the source of a decent attack. Entling Offering keeps the opponent damaged for ten minutes -- a boon in PvP combat. Hide Scent drops you to the bottom of the aggro table, and boosts the Hidden Peril ability, which then drops the cast time of the powerful Snipe ability to one second. Charged Power makes your Charged Chop ability a ranged attack, giving this combination more ranged abilities. Natural Care boosts the healing your receive and increases your ranged weapon damage. (Ranged weapon power is also boosted from Swiftness, Speed Shooting Mastery, and Ranged Weapon Mastery.) Wind Attack makes your Combo Shot deadly beyond belief, as not even damage stops the attack, and can de-buff the enemy. Finally, Gryphon Bash is a beautiful AoE attack, focusing on a primary target, only to hurt all enemies around him or her.

Skill ran new40-3rw Hide Scent 40 150 MP Instant 2 minutes While merged with your surrounding, all enemies will lose interest in you allowing you to leave combat for 6 seconds and erasing all aggro. Additionally, your next Hidden Peril damage is increased by 20.0% for 20 seconds.
Skill ran new45-1w Wind Attack 45 Makes it so damage suffered from your Combo Shots cannot be interrupted. Also when you make a critical hit it may lower the target's physical critical resistance and magical critical resistance. 25 + 2,7 per lvl Combo Shot
Skill ran new50-1w Gryphon Bash 50 50 MP + 5% MP Instant 10 seconds 120 Like a mighty gryphon using its sharp claws to attack an enemy, it shoots a fierce arrow, causing 40.0% ranged weapon DPS. When the target is struck, it may also damage all targets within a radius of 80.

(This skill has a fairly high chance to make a critical hit.)

Skill ran ward60 Deep Roots 60 Increases the distance of your Briar Shield reflected shot to 180. Also each reflected shot has a a chance to root the enemy for 5 seconds. (When the reflected shot target is a player, the rooting effect is reduced.)
Skill ran ward70 Forest Guidance 70 When a target is hit by your Snipe, it causes a 2% increase in Physical Damage received by the enemy. Lasts for 10 seconds.

Classicon ranger warrior Scout / Warrior -- Witch Hunter[ | ]

Scout / Warriors turn rage into powerful temporary buffs, increasing their dexterity (Battle Instinct), gain a permanent buff to HP (Master of Survival), a buff to Throat Attack (Enhanced Throat Attack), a buff increasing concentration regeneration (Mental Focus), and increasing the physical damage done to a target (Target Lock).

Skill ran new45-1 Accurate Targeting 45 When your Shot hits a target there is a chance to increase the physical attack power. Effective for 8 seconds. (Can only be used once every 20 seconds.)
Skill ran new50-6 Recover Vitality 50 Upon hitting a target with Snipe or Piercing Arrow, there is a chance that it will increase Rage. Additionally, upon hitting a target with a Snipe, there is a chance of canceling beneficial effects.
Skill ran war60 Vital Reflection 60 Increases damage inflicted by your Reflected Shot on targets that have less than 30.0% HP.
Skill ran war70 Breathing Obstruction 70 If a target uses a skill in the time allotted after being hit by your Mana Drain Shot, then that skill's cooldown time will be increased by an extra 5 seconds. If the skill doesn't have a cooldown time then the cooldown times for all skills will be 1 second.
