The Scout / Priest has a ranged support role designed around preventing damage and providing consistent healing. Aesthetically, it fits the idea of keeping an eye out on allies, making sure they're safe and healthy. Key attribute for a Scout / Priest are Dexterity, Stamina, and Wisdom; more specifically, Physical Attack and Mana Points, the latter of which is to have a large mana pool for both of its classes abilities.

Tips and Tactics[ | ]
A Scout / Priest may have some healing abilities, but it isn't a healing class. Use your abilities to help mitigate damage and support the healer in a group.
Scout / Priests not only assist healers, but also assist tanks when it comes to their ability to hold aggro. This makes this combination a good choice for players wanting to be a great team player.
Switching to a Priest / Scout gives the player a stronger healing role, while gaining some damage-dealing abilities to solo with.
Notes[ | ]
It has been reported by Challenger in this thread on the Joint forums that the S/P Elite Attack Speed buff does NOT stack with "stimulant".
s/p is a good utility combo whose elites are all geared towards helping everyone in the party.
vamp arrow heals 3% + random ( based on heal bonus ) every other tick. ie tick 1 - 3%, tick 2 - random, tick 3 - 3%, etc...
aggro lead gives you & one other person +10% physical and magical dmg for 20 secs.
+20% attack speed buff
+% patk buff when shot hits
mana shot gives +% hp shield to everyone in the party
etc...
I normally use the cibel set + healing cloth that has heal bonuses when I run this build as well as T8 statted Jadefang sword and T8 statted bow.
As long as everyone stays around the s/p, there are continous heals & buffs.
