Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...

Don't worry about the adds, as the NPCs will keep them busy, just worry about Barkud. These seems very difficult, but I solo'd it as a 61 M/W with mostly-purple gear. I did use a  Big Angel's Sigh before the fight. I nuked Barkud, then froze him with  Lightning and burned til he moved, then ran in circles and drank pots until  Lightning was back up, Nuked and used  Lightning and nuked some more and he died. I did not. This is the final quest in the Envoy of the Dragons quest series. You now begin Magical Reconstruction.
