 Forge must be active to trigger (proc) the  Chain Drive. Because  Forge is a 5 minute effect, it is advised that you put the skill at the start of all main attack/pre-attack macros.

IF  Chain Drive is active, this skill will become an Instant cast, this skill's Cooldown is reset, and damage from this skill is increased by 20%.

Thanks to  Chain Drive this skill becomes your main attack. Spam it as often as possible, and add  Endless Rage when available to pump it up.
