All three versions of this quest need the same thing:
Use the Gusty Seed on the corpses of 5 Kulech Seekers you have just slain
All quest triads start with the non-repeatable quest, which unlocks both of the repeatable quests. Almost, but not all, triad repeatable quests can be performed and turned in at the same time.
For the Daily and Public versions she gives you only a single Gusty Seed so you cannot complete this quest. Unlike some other quests, talking to her again does not offer you more seeds.
