Summary

Use the  Sucking Bottles to obtain 10 bottles of  Current Fluctuation from the Weeping Coast Wild Rays near Fishmouth Bay.

Goals:  Current Fluctuation ×10

Notes

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
The bottles must be used at melee range. The Rays will push you back, twice, but this does not hurt much. Just keep a HoT Potion active and you will be fine. Wait until after the second push OR target them but stay out of range, then wait for them to move to you, then use the  Sucking Bottle.
