You need to be at least Level 55 to receive this quest.
You need to be at least Level 49 to turn-in this quest.
This quest becomes trivial above Level 65.

Summary

Leave the Behemoth Skull to go back toward the Silverstar Camp and meet Darik Silverstar. Set the time of the attack, then go meet up with Morrok Wallinder.

Ever since launch, this quest can bug out. If you are bugged Morrok will not acknowledge you after you speak with Derik Silverstar. To fix, simply change channel.
