(Targeting a player will reduce their Physical Attack Speed by 50.0% for 8.0 seconds.) After the effect has ended, it cannot be triggered again for 30.0 seconds. If you are a Human  Warrior / Knight and if you extract the  Warrior version of this skill, the Kitty add-on confuses it with the  Knight version and tries to interact with  Knight skills that are not available to you at that moment. Only Human  Warrior / Knight needs to avoid this (and only if you use or ever anticipate needing to use Kitty), as Elves and Dwarves cannot be a  Knight. We have been told by those that should know that this should not be a real issue, as NOT extracting this skill is not a great burden.
