Infused Light Chain your 
Chain of Light does more damage and has no cooldown, but you are still going to burn huge amounts of Mana. It might be a very good idea to improve this combo with a Crafting mastery in 
Alchemy so you can make your own Mana Potions. You are gonna need big stacks of them.
