Summary
Go to Varanas Lower City West and look for Herb Granny Pan. Get some Lavender from her and bring it back to calm Porgy.
Details
It doesn't look like anything serious, Porgy's probably just in shock.
It's really no exaggeration that animals are like human beings: their bodies function like ours, and will also suddenly give out when facing the stresses of a survival situation. Here, the feigned state of death is used toavois enemies. Porgy is in just such a condition right now.
I think you can go to Varanas Lower City West and look for "Herb Granny" Pan. She will give you some Lavender herbs that help to reduce stress. Bring the herbs back and let Porgy smell them; that should wake her up.
