Summary
Go to the vacant lot next to the inn and slaughter one of the Chicks raised there by innkeeper Grace. When complete, return to Los'hudanel.

Hey! Kid! You know who I am? I'm the infamous Los'hudanel?! I kill anything that moves!
You don't believe me? Fine! How about a competition? !If you can repeat my astonishing feats, then I'll admit you have the right to thumb your nose at me, if not...
(Los'hudanel touches the blade in his hand. He clearly wants to cut your throat)
The first challenge- go to the vacant lot next to the inn and slaughter one of the Chicks kept there by innkeeper Grace. If you succeed, come back here to me.

| When you kill a Chick, it will spawn half a dozen Angry Chicks. Just run them off. You do not even need to run very far before they break. You already have the update, so just go turn it in. |
