Note that either of the last 2 quests needed for this title can be completed by purchasing the items you need (
Stone Bag and 
Wooden Arrow Quiver) in Harf Trading Post or Hending Harbor. We are sure there are additional merchants available, but Morgan [Weapons Merchant] and Silvershadow Adventurers' Guild Provisioner [Basic Consumables] are confirmed.
