Quality Snow Ferret Fur and 5 portions of 
Reindeer Horn Powder. Go to the Sea of Snow collect them and bring them to Penalch in Harf Trading Post.

Next we need to take this crystal into the Tower of Wailing Wind. We want to avoid the wind sound inside the crystal resonating with the wind sounds created in the Tower of Wailing Wind, so we need to make something to protect the crystal.
We need Quality Snow Ferret Fur ×10 and Reindeer Horn Powder ×5 to protect the crystal and stop the outside noise coming in. Please collect these items.
