You need to be at least Level 35 to receive this quest. You need to be at least Level 27 to turn-in this quest. This quest becomes trivial above Level 100.

You are given a Golden Ostrich Disguise. Use it to disguise yourself (10m duration, no texture file on ostrich model). Now find Golden Ostriches around Dalanis. Use "Draw" when you are near them to create Ostrich Drawings ×8. If they do not like you, use, "Cry", "Flap Wings", and/or "March" to gain his regard. If he "is not fooled by your disguise" he can strip you of your disguise, but you can just re-apply it. You can get all 8 updates from a single Golden ostrich.
Event Daily quests are repeatable, but only once per day unless a Festival Repeat Ticket is used.
Daily Quests are repeatable up to a total (for all Daily Quests) of 10 times per day. The count can be reset to zero by purchasing and using a Daily Quest Ticket from the Item Shop (for 39 ($1.16)† ) or from any Phirius Merchant (for 780 ).
