During the annual Fairytale Festival every common mob in the game has a very good chance to drop the Torn Pages, listed below.
This book is the binder to hold your collection of Torn Pages. You don't really need the Torn Pages, but you do need to know what is written in them so you can identify the story elements in the correct order. Good for you we are gonna list them all here! See the individual Item page for the full text. What you need is the part in yellow.

Note: While the Item pages for the Torn Pages list the mobs we got them from, we got all ours off just 3 mobs in Tergothen Bay. It is probable that select groups of mobs in every zone have the pages, and more likely that it is bigger than that. BTW, we also did not see a duplicate drop until the ninth drop.
