This monster has a Monster Compendium card, 
Card - Nightmare Androlier, that can be earned by killing it and looting the corpse. You can right-click the card to copy it into your Monster Compendium. Do the same to remove the card from your Monster Compendium.
Keeping this card in your Monster Compendium will grant a stat boost of +4 Magical Attack so long as this card remains in your book.
He also drops Nightmare Box. This "Mobject" contains most of his treasure.
