There are three mobs associated with this Festival event. When you talk to a Naughty Frog it changes into an Angry Frog or a Friendly Frog.

To find this mob in-game, use BACKSPACE to open the World Search window, then enter Naughty Frog in the Search field and click "Search". Remember, the field is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.
This mob does not have a Monster Compendium card.
While you have the Silly Frog Transformation effect from Sebastian (10 minute duration), you need to talk to a Naughty Frog. They move every few seconds.

A Word About Common Drops: Every mob in the game has a chance to drop Sigils, Health Potions, Mana Potions, Ammunition, Runes and Festival Items, as well as a few rarer items such as

The Angry Frog has an effect on it called Frog Shield. In order to capture it you must attack it until this shield fails, then use the 
Magic Cage to get a 
Cage with Frog.

The Friendly Frog can be captured immediately but he keeps moving and must be captured from the front and while facing him. In order to capture it you must use the Magic Cage, and turn to face it if it moves, to get a Cage with Frog.
