This mob is a member of the group collectively known as Moonfang Robbers.

This monster has a Monster Compendium card, 
Card - Moontooth Priest, that can be earned by killing it and looting the corpse. You can right-click the card to copy it into your Monster Compendium. Do the same to remove the card from your Monster Compendium.
Keeping this card in your Monster Compendium will grant a stat boost of +1 Wisdom so long as this card remains in your book.
If you do not have enough DPS to kill him within the cast time of his Blessing you should probably run and bring friends another day. This especially becomes a problem if he has 
Arduous, which halves the damage from your skills.
