You need to be at least Level 59 to turn-in this quest.

Find traces of Bobo Scott and bring him back home.

Of course, he is deep in the Ragemane Gnolls area of Beastbone Swamp, inside a cage. When you find him, he will ask you to do something for him before he is willing to escape:

• [67] Seagull in a Cage - Kill Ragemane Gnolls until you find  Bobo's Tool Bag.

After you have give him his  Tool Bag, and released him, meet him back at Kyosa Village.
