Summary
From the Minotaur Guards, Minotaur Priests and Minotaur Commanders in Snowhorn collect 
Minotaur Lance ×5, 
Minotaur Wand ×5 and 
Minotaur Shield ×5. After you have collected them, report back to the Khazor's Watchtower commander Hogan.

I have learnt from years of military experience that when dealing with the enemy, you first need to understand the weapons they use, because it helps to change the tactical situation to one's own advantage. We are quite sure that a clash with the Minotaurs is inevitable now so I believe that some research into their weaponry is vital...
I know that there are three types of Minotaur soldiers in Snowhorn. These are Minotaur Commanders, Minotaur Guards and Minotaur Priests. The weapons that they carry are good representatives of their armory. If we can analyze 5 each of their Minotaur Lances, Minotaur Wands and Minotaur Shields, then we will have a good idea of what we're up against...
