Young adventurer, you have come at just the right time. There is an orphan in town called Milaya. In an effort to investigate her past, I asked a friend of mine called Vankelo, an army man, to lend a hand. All he's had for his trouble is some fairly serious wounds...
Ah, but I'm getting ahead of myself. Vankelo said that he managed to discover a few clues to this mystery, but he has yet to share them with me. Since I'm horribly busy these days, could you ask Vankelo about them for me?
When I last saw him, he mentioned something about going to the Barrow.
