After you have discovered the secrets of Dimstar Swamp, go to Angren.

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
Stay on the path and head towards the Centaur camp but before you descend to swamp level you will see Vokdo [High Priest's Son]. Speak to him and shortly after an Elf will appear and attack him. Assist and, after the fight, talk to Vokdo, then return to the Angren entrance and speak again with Vokdo there to complete this quest.
