Water Element Totem

You need to be at least Level 53 to receive this quest.
You need to be at least Level 47 to turn-in this quest.

Summary

Put the  Engraved Bottle on the altar at the base of the totem of the Master of the Lake and wait for the Engraved Battle to fade.

Notes

Speak to Kachala [Haz Commoner], then stand on the lip of the Water Element Totem and "use" the  Engraved Bottle, then wait for it to disappear.
