Summary

Go to Dalanis and find Tebarton Rotteneye in the Night Owl. First, speak to Melbad Rotteneye to attain transportation.

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...

Shortcut rewards you two Melbad's Transport Crystals: The first will take you from anywhere to Dalanis in Thunderhoof Hills, and the second will transport you from anywhere to Rock Salt Village in Limo Desert. This trip is needed for the quests Seek Help and Key Evidence so you can return to Dalanis. But, you can make this round trip by dropping some ink in Rock Salt Village, then go to Obsidian Stronghold and use the Envoy, Hajikar Mashes [Envoy from Dalanis], to get to Dalanis, then use your Transport Book to get back to Rock Salt Village.
