You need to be at least Level 49 to turn-in this quest.
This quest becomes trivial above Level 65.

Summary

Collect 3  Altus Breath plants and return to Morrok Wallinder.

After accepting the quest, the following effects will be obtained:  Faded Light
To receive the effect again, please abandon the quest and re-accept.

There is a magic portal at the archway in Silverstar Camp that provides instant travel to Listana Falls. By using this, you can bypass the Behemoths and go directly to the Griffith area to collect the Altus Breath.
