This mob is a member of the group collectively known as Kal Turok Myrmex.
A Word About Common Drops: Every mob in the game has a chance to drop Sigils, Health Potions, Mana Potions, Ammunition, Runes and Festival Items, as well as a few rarer items such as

This monster has a Monster Compendium card, 
Card - Kal'Turssi, that can be earned by killing it and looting the corpse. You can right-click the card to copy it into your Monster Compendium. Do the same to remove the card from your Monster Compendium.
Keeping this card in your Monster Compendium will grant a stat boost of +3 Dexterity so long as this card remains in your book.
Spawns in front of the Queen's Chamber every two hours along with Kal'Turstan.
