The item shop UI received a complete revamp on April 19th, 2016.
Most of the same items are still found here, but the separation into Diamond Shop, Ruby Shop and Phirius Shop has been removed. Diamond and Ruby items are all mixed together, but Phirius items have been moved to Phirius NPCs (that are not yet in the game).
Additionally, the Wheel of Destiny has been redesigned.
This is the Runes of Magic "Real Money Transaction" (RMT, cash, micro-transaction, etc) store.
Items in the shop can be purchased with Diamonds and/or Rubies.
NOTE: Special Offers can change as often as daily so they will not be updated here. These may include rare items or Festival-related items, and often include discount prices on everyday items.

Any item in the Diamond shop can be purchased as a gift for another player, allowing players to effectively trade diamonds for gold. Make sure that you trust people that you do business with!

Item Depot[ | ]
New tab on the Item Shop starting December 1st of 2016, this is an unlimited bag shared by all characters on the same account, even across servers. Once an item is in the Depot you can log into the character you want to have it and Distribute it to him, without gifting.
Daily Loyalty Bonus[ | ]
Starting on December 1, 2016 a new tab gives a reward to your account each day. You must claim the reward(s), which is placed in your Item Depot. From there you can distribute it to the currently-logged-in character without specifically gifting it. If you do not claim a chest for x days, the chest counter resets to Day 1.
