Floating Detection Gyroscope

You need to be at least Level 46 to receive this quest.
You need to be at least Level 40 to turn-in this quest.

Goals: While  Phase Obstruction Function is active, get:

•  Magical Record Crystal from Magical Record Crystal at Wing Lake
•  Floating Detection Gyroscope from Floating Detection Gyroscope at Sand Scorpion Plains
•  Element Sampling Device from Element Sampling Device at Throne of the Wind

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
Gunefo Maddis casts a  Phase Obstruction Function on you that allows you to interact with the out-of-phase objects (duration:30 minutes). IF this  Phase Obstruction Function fades, you can return to Gunefo Maddis and ask him to re-cast it.
