You need to be at least Level 53 to receive this quest.
You need to be at least Level 47 to turn-in this quest.
Kill 10 Mutated Giant Beetles, 10 Mutant Giant Bugs, and 10 Mutated Blood-Sucking Bugs.
To find a Mutated Giant Beetle just find a Bug Cave and, as you approach the cave a Mutated Giant Beetle will spawn. There are only 5 or 6 Bug Caves in the area but, if you do not destroy it, you can use a Bug Cave over and over to spawn multiple Mutated Giant Beetles.
