Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
The spot you need is JUST outside the entrance of the room with the first boss, Gorligen, on the right side of the doorway. Remember, you must be in Hard Mode or the  Detector will not work! The bad news is, the Pirate Slaves in the entry hallway now have almost 5 million HP.
