This quest becomes trivial above Level 99.
Summary
Go to the riverbank in the northern portion of Dragonfang Hills and use the 
Kindling to light the Ice Stone. Defeat the Punisher that appears from the Ice Stone and get the 
Rune Core. Next, use the 
Empty Magic Bottle to absorb the 
Dragon Slobber Ice Crystallite.

| After you kill the Punisher, a Zurhidon will appear and absorb him! The quest text says you have to use the Empty Magic Bottle to absorb the Dragon Slobber Ice Crystallite but when I did it I just had to get the Rune Core before the Zurhidon takes it! After that, all you need to do is return to Fuling to finish. Upon turn-in 8 Zurhidon Disciples appear and attack Fuling, who blasts them all and drives them away. You do not need to act at all. |
