Summary

Improve relations with the Hulu by going to the Watering Hole and getting  Full Water Buckets to water the Hulu's Horned Melon Fields.

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...

The Watering Hole can be located using World Search. It is near Zindkar Sea Cave. Remember the water beside the road wher you met the Wailing Willows? The Watering Hole are the 5 water buckets in the edge of the water there. A Horned Melon Field is beside a hut on the north side of Wind's Tutelege. There are probably others as well. When you water a Horned Melon Field it gains an effect called  Work In Progress. To water the same field again you will have to wait for this effect to expire.
