You need to be at least Level 44 to turn-in this quest.

Summary

Get Praise of an Entling ×3.

Find an Entling and speak to him. He will ask you a question, or attack you. If you answer his question correctly, you get a Praise of an Entling. If he attacks and you defeat him, you get a Praise of an Entling.
