Grapefruit Bound Not dropped on PK death Quest Item Worth: 1 Gold This is a Juice Festival item. It is an ingredient used to make  Moonlight Grapefruit Juice. If you want to know more about the Juice Festival you should go to Lower City East in Varanas and find the juice master.
